babaà returns policy
At babaà we just want happy customers! So we keep our returns policy simple and straight forward.
babaà will happily exchange or refund goods received back to us within 30 days of order date. All items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. babaà will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping charges if you have received an incorrect order or your item was damaged or defective.
Returns are processed within five working days of receipt. Please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund or store credit (less shipping costs) to be posted to your credit card, PayPal account or babaà account.
Please note babaà does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes.
Returning Sale Items
The same rules apply to sale items except we will reimburse you with store credit with the same monetary value as the sale price at the time the item was purchased.
