Track your order

All orders shipped outside of Spain are handled by UPS. Once your order has been packed a UPS tracking number is generated and emailed to you. Simply copy and paste this tracking number into the tracking box on this page.

Note; you will see an option below your tracking information to view this order on UPS’s own website. When visiting the UPS website you have the option to open a free account, this will allow you make changes to shipping and contact details if required.

Most orders are dispatched within one working day. Normally 12pm local time. All UPS orders are shipped express, so should arrive as fast as humanly possible.

If you have not received your tracking number or are having any problems with your delivery, please open a support ticket and our team will be happy to help get you sorted.
