babaà returns policy

at babaà we just want happy customers! so we keep our returns policy simple and straightforward

babaà will happily refund goods received back to us within 14 days of receiving the order

all items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition

customers are responsible for the return shipping charges

we can offer a UPS return shipping label for €15 (EU) / €25 (Rest of World)

if you want us to organise your return with our UPS account please email us to do so, return costs will be subtracted from refund.

babaà will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping charges if you have received an incorrect order or your item was damaged or defective

returns are processed within ten working days of receipt

please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund or store credit (less shipping costs) to be posted to your credit card, paypal account or babaà account

please note babaà does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes
